Pre-orders
A pre-order reservation is a request to hold a copy — no payment is taken and no contract of sale is formed until we confirm your order and you pay for it. We may limit quantities and we will tell you if we cannot fill a reservation.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities and promotional offers are subject to change and are confirmed in writing when we accept your order.
