What we collect
When you send a tournament enquiry, a wholesale enquiry or a pre-order reservation, we collect the details you type into the form — your name, email address, organization, quantity and any message you include.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, to arrange your order and to let you know when ParFive ships. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your say-so.
Who can see it
Enquiries are delivered by email to the ParFive team and stored with the service providers that host this website and deliver our email. They may not use your information for anything other than providing those services to us.
Your choices
Ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email matthew@hovergrp.com and we will take care of it.
